Members must make payments to the Monthly Payment Schemes on are before 10th of the month. Adherence to the timeline is required to be eligible to Participate in Monthly Lucky Draw.
Winners of the Lucky Draw are Eligible to Get Rs: - 12,000/- Worth of Sarees and they are relieved from future instalment.
Customers who redeem their Savings after 12 Months will get an additional Rs: - 1000/- Gift. Thus they will be eligible to get Rs: - 13,000/- Worth of Sarees in the 13th Month.
Cash will not be Given in Place of Sarees or under any other circumstances under this scheme
Note: - No refunds of the Monthly Instalments will be issued under any circumstances. If a scheme holder fails to pay monthly instalments, no full refund will be made only 50% of your paid amount will be eligible for claiming by way of purchase of Saree
The Draw Result of every month will be Live-streamed on Sukhi Silks and Sarees YouTube Channel and the result will also be sent through WhatsApp to Every Member individually.
The Monthly instalment amount is not considered as an investment, there will be no appreciation in the Amount, it will only be a Savings to Purchase a Sarees through our website.
Taxes (Both TDS and GST) are applicable on the Lucky Draw Prizes if any.
In any event or circumstances the organiser Decision will be considered the final Decision.
The organiser have rights to remove a participant from the scheme if at any moment they feel that the participant is violating any Laws or Regulations of the Land.
In the event of dispute Liability of the Organiser is only limited to the extent of the Scheme.
